Tortillas with minced meat & PARADOSIAKO KASSERI MEVGAL CHEESE

INGREDIENTS (for 6 people):

250 gr. (0.55 lb) Traditional KasserI MEVGAL, grounded
12 tortillas
400 gr. (0.88 lb)minced meat
1 onion, chopped
100 ml. dry wine
2 ripe tomatoes, skinned, chopped and without seeds
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of parsley or coriander
1/2 spoonful of Tabasco
salt, pepper, lettuce leaves

Directions:

Warm the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan and sear the minced meat with the onion for
10 - 12 minutes, stirring continuously.

Pour in the wine, add the tomatoes and boil at high temperature, until it is dry.

Spice with the parsley or coriander.

Let the minced meat get cold. Then add the Traditional KasserI MEVGAL and the tabasco and stir.

Put a lettuce leaf and a portion of the minced meat mixture on each tortilla and roll them.

Preparation: 35 minutes

Time of baking: 35 minutes
