Manouri

Ingredients

1 pack Tagliatelle
1 cup finely chopped fresh spinach
1 cup finely sliced leek
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/4 cup MEVGAL Manouri cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper

Tagliatelle with MEVGAL Manouri cheese

Boil the tagliatelle in salted water and strain them.

In a saucepan add the vegetable broth and cook the spinach and the leek over medium heat.

Add the butter.

Remove from heat and add the MEVGAL Manouri cheese.

Stir and add the heavy cream.

Add the tagliatelle and pepper.
