



for the turkey
2 turkey breast fillets
1/2 a pack (3.5oz) MEVGAL Manouri cheese
2 tsp. canola oil
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
for the mashed carrots
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup butter
4 cups fresh milk
7oz. traditional MEVGAL Kasseri cheese
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
Cut open the turkey fillets and stuff them with MEVGAL Manouri cheese.
In a small saucepan cook and stir the onion in hot canola oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add the stuffed turkey fillets and season with salt and pepper.
You can tie the fillets up with a piece of cooking string.
Alternatively you can bake them in the oven at 360˚ F until golden brown.
Boil the carrots for 15 minutes and put them in the blender with salt, pepper,nutmeg and sugar. If you want you can add 1 tsp. heavy cream.
Mash until puréed.
