Ingredients

for the salad
3 large shrimps
3 large crawfish
1-2 clams (optional)
2 cups mixed baby greens

for the dressing
1 Tbsp vinegar
3 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and Pepper

for the sea food sauce
1 avocado
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 Mevgal Manouri Cheese
Salt and pepper

Sea salad with MEVGAL manouri cheese

In a large skillet, saute the shrimp and the crawfish in salted water for 5 minutes or until shrimp and crawfish turn pink.

Place the greens in a shallow ball.

Mix the olive oil and the vinegar and pour the mixture over the greens.

Add the shrimps, the crawfish and the clams.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the avocado, the heavy cream, the MEVGAL Manouri cheese, the salt and the pepper.

Pour the sauce over and serve.
