The P.D.O. seal is by standard of the European Legislation only awarded to products that are manufactured in a specific geographical area. These products are unique and characterized by their exceptional quality and distinctive traits. P.D.O. not only stimulates the manufacturer to stay true to the product’s place of origin and the production process itself, but it also protects the customers from imitations and at the same time ensures them that the product is authentic, or in other words, the real deal.
