Ingredients

8 puff pastry shells
1 roasted chicken's meat (boneless and skinless)
1 1/2 cup crumbled MEVGAL Feta Cheese
1 chopped green and 1 yellow sweet pepper
1 cup Mevgal strained yogurt
2 eggs
Salt and pepper

Open pies with roasted chicken peppers and MEVGAL Feta Cheese

In a large bowl, mix the chicken, the Feta, the salt and pepper.

Beat the eggs and mix them with the yogurt.

Add the chicken mixture and stir.

Divide the mixture into 8 parts.

Place the pastry shells into 8 small pie pans.

Add the chicken mixture and top with the chopped peppers.

Bake at 375 for 35min or until pies are golden brown.
