Ingredients

You need a rectangular medium-size cake pan

1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup milk
2 cups MEVGAL Feta cheese in cubes
1/2 cup shredded MEVGAL Edam cheese
1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 cup finely chopped fresh dill
1 1/3 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
Salt and fresh ground pepper

MEVGAL Feta cheese, olive oil and herbs cake

Preheat oven to 360˚ F.

In a deep bowl mix eggs, olive oil and milk with an egg beater.

Combine flour and baking powder and slowly add it to the mix.

Add the Feta cheese, shredded MEVGAL Edam cheese, parsley, dill and walnuts.

Add salt and pepper.

Stir the mix with a wooden spoon and pour it in a buttered cake pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Serve the cake either warm or cold.
