


4 cups green, torn into bite size pieces (head lettuce, romaine, endive)
1 head radicchio (torn into bite size pieces)
1 bunch watercress (sliced into bite size pieces)
1 bunch arugula (chopped)
2-3 radishes thinly sliced
2-3 scallions
1 1/2 cup MEVGAL Manouri Cheese
2 Tbsp balsamic Vinegar
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Mayo
Salt and Pepper
Wash and cut the greens.
Put all the green in a large sald bowl.
Add the radishes and the scallions.
Add the Mevgal Manouri Cheese cut in cubes.
In a small bowl add and mix the olive oil, the vinegar, the mayo, the salt and the pepper.
Pour over the salad when ready to serve.
