The course through which MEVGAL produces its fine cheeses and the final outcome of our products themselves, are kept truly traditional. The original taste in our gourmet cheeses and the exclusiveness of their origin make our products unique. The majority of our cheeses have rightfully attained P.D.O. (Protected Designation of Origin) status, which provides further value to our products.
Enjoy our gourmet cheeses with your favorite bottle of wine and fresh fruits like grapes, apples and pears, or simply add some cheese to a nice homemade salad. In the Mediterranean, the cheeses are most often enjoyed on fresh baked out-of-the-oven country bread; it’s simple but oh so delicious!
